High Court Judge Justice Daniel Goundar has dismissed a request by defence counsel, Sushil Sharma , to file against Amrit Sen in relation to a private case.

High Court Judge Justice Daniel Goundar has dismissed a request by defence counsel, Sushil Sharma , to file against Amrit Sen in relation to a private case.
Murder accused, Sen, was allegedly involved in various counts in relation to the alleged murder of Jone Rusiate along the Nasikasika cane access road in Korotari, Labasa on June 5 and had filed a private prosecution against the witnesses in this case.
Luisa Latu from the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP) appeared for prosecution in this case.
