Defence was the key to All Freight Logistics Suva’s 2-1 win over Design Marine Services Rewa to claim the Pillay Garment’s Champion versus Champion (CvC) title at the HFC Bank Stadium yesterday.
“Thanks to our defence, they did not give up,” were the words of Suva coach Babs Khan.
Leading Suva’s defence was veteran goalkeeper Akuila Mateisuva who made several saves to deny Rewa from scoring the equaliser.
