President of the United States of America Joe Biden has written a letter to the Leader of Opposition, Voreqe Bainimarama, congratulating him on concluding over a decade of service as Prime Minister.
He applauded Mr Bainimarama’s legacy in building Fiji’s democratic culture and institutions, including welcoming all Fijians regardless of their background.
He added he was glad to host Mr Bainimarama at the White House last September.
