A total of 4275 applications for the $200 Back-to-School Government assistance could not be processed by the Ministry of Finance for payment.
In an update provided yesterday, the ministry revealed that they received 218,970 applications from the Ministry of Education, which comprised 218,198 applications from Government schools and 772 from private schools.
Of the total applications received, Government has processed payments for 214,695 applications, amounting to $42.9 million.
