Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka apologised to the University of the South Pacific’s vice-chancellor Professor Pal Ahluwalia yesterday.
Professor Ahluwalia was accorded a thanksgiving celebration at USP by staff and students. It was also attended by the PM and Deputy PM Biman Prasad.
