State Given A Month To File Murder Case Evidence

The High Court in Lautoka has given the State a month to file admissible evidence in its disclosures for the voir dire hearing in the case of murder accused Osea Mataitoga.
This is the case of Osea Mataitoga, who is alleged to have murdered Sesha Reddy and his wife Mirdu Chandra. The alleged incident took place on February 2, 2021, near Lawai in Sigatoka.
Mataitoga is charged with two counts of murder and one count of robbery. The matter was heard before Judge Justice Riyaz Hamza on Friday, and Mataitoga was represented by Kemueli Verebalavu of Verebalavu Lawyers.
