How often have we heard the phrase, “Seatbelts save lives”? And how many times have you been told to “buckle up” or “strap on those seatbelt”? Countless times, no doubt!
Thirty-seven-year-old Josefa Vidiri is alive today only because he was wearing a seatbelt at the time of a fatal accident, in which his cousin lost his life.
The accident happened at around 1am in Tavua on Monday.
