Mansheel Kumar, 17, hopes to become like one of his idols, Doctor Brij Lal.

The Tabia Sanatan College head boy, who is originally from Tabia, was elated when he given the role last week Friday.

“Like Dr Lal wrote books about Tabia, I want to become a civil engineer to improve the road conditions in Tabia,” the tech-science student said.

“My father, Manoj Kumar was once a student in this school and now teaches in the same school as a way to give back to the community.

“Mum, Reshmi Devi, is working as the admin officer at the same school.
