The trial concerning an Australian national charged with rape, indecent assault and pornographic activity involving a juvenile will take place at the High Court in Lautoka from March 13 to 17.
It is alleged that the accused committed the offence between June 2018 and January 2019 while he was accommodated by a family friend in Martintar, Nadi, where the victim, who was six years old at the time of the offence, also resided.
He is also alleged to have taken videos and photographs of pornographic activity involving the victim.
