A Bua businessman alleged to have been involved in illegal logging and charged causing grievous bodily to a civil servant, had his case adjourned to March 13.
The matter was transferred from the Magistrates Court to the High Court in Labasa.
The case was supposed to be called at the High Court in Labasa yesterday, however, the High Court was closed.
