2023 Super W Season Launched In Sydney

The Buildcorp Super W com­petition was launched in Sydney on Wednesday coin­ciding with International Wom­en’s Day, with the captains from all six Super Rugby Clubs across Australia and Fiji gathered to of­ficially launch the 2023 season.

The Buildcorp Super W com­petition was launched in Sydney on Wednesday coin­ciding with International Wom­en’s Day, with the captains from all six Super Rugby Clubs across Australia and Fiji gathered to of­ficially launch the 2023 season.

The reigning champions, the Rooster Chicken Fijiana Drua – who made history last year as the first overseas team to compete in the Buildcorp Super W competi­tion, has returned for a second season and are looking to build on their impressive debut.

Runners-up in 2022, the NSW Waratahs are again stocked with Wallaroos aiming to put the experi­ence that they gained at last year’s Rugby World Cup to good use.
