Minister for Sugar and Multi-Ethnic Affairs, Charan Jeath Singh, yesterday encouraged farmers of Wainikoro sector to harvest above average tonnage.
In this way, farmers could gain from incentivised tonnage prices.
Mr Singh made the remark during the sugarcane growers consultation at Nadogo Central College, Macuata.
