Top golfers are expected to compete in tomorrow’s Anita Jewellers sponsored- 666 format stableford tournament at the Ba Golf Club.

These golfers include Rajen Singh and Rohit Chandra who took out first spot in last weekend’s four Ambrose event.

The duo shot eight 8 under par to claim the win ahead of Indra Warjan and Moshim Khan who shot (7.75 under).

In third place was Pradeep Chandra and Jyoti Lal (7.25 under) while Ramen Chaudhary and Asish Chand (6.25 under) settled for fourth spot.

Club captain Rohit Chandra said it is good to see that the level of competition has moved up a level.

“We are looking forward to another intense season and we expect more development as well,” he said.

Also, other top contenders include high school teacher Asish Chand who also won the season opening tournament in Lautoka last Saturday, and (Pradeep) Chandra was placed third in the B Grade.

Radesh Raju and Moshim Khan were also awarded complimentary prizes for their participation in the Lautoka season opening.
