Student Heads Share Big Goals

The head boy and head girl of Waibunabuna Primary School in Bua have big goals.
And being selected as students is the first step to achieving.
But first, the task is to maintain discipline and also help the school management and teachers prepare for the school’s 50th anniversary next year.
Kelemedi Moceiwasa and Mereamo Malua who were victims of Tropical Cyclone Yasa in 2019 said they could still remember how the school was badly damaged and managed to recover over the years so that students’ education continued.
The pair from Bua, aged 13, were not surprised to be inducted as heads of the school as they were the deputies last year.
