KPMG And Acton (Fiji) Pte Ltd In Microsoft Deal
The deal will enable improved and broader delivery of Microsoft solutions to KPMG’s mid-market clients across the South Pacific.

KPMG South Pacific’s Partner in Charge, Michael Yee Joy, KPMG Australia intergration director, Virginia Rosenberger, Acton (Fiji) Pte Ltd co-founder and managing director, Shobna Reddy, and Deloitte Tasmania’s Simon Tarte.
A digital company will be incorporated into KPMG Fiji, following a deal over a Microsoft-related software implementation.
Acton (Fiji) Pte Ltd is expected to join KPMG by the end of the month.
Acton’s directors, Shobha Reddy, Mukesh Reddy and Sanjesh Kumar, will join KPMG as directors.
The deal will enable improved and broader delivery of Microsoft solutions to KPMG’s mid-market clients across the South Pacific.
