Jovesa Nausa, 44, is still trying to come to terms with the loss of his younger brother, Maika Moko, who was found motionless in Ba Town in the early hours of the morning on March 10.
The late Mr Moko, 40, later passed away on March 12 at the Lautoka Hospital.
Mr Nausa said Mr Moko and his wife were returning from a night out in Ba Town on Friday when the alleged incident happened.
“At the main taxi stand in town, a friend of his wife called her and she left Maika to take the lead.
