Marama’s New Isuzu Is A Blessing

This is a blessing, says Makereta Marama after receiving her new Isuzu D-Max worth $105,000 yesterday.

Ms Marama said she was overwhelmed when she learned that she had won a vehicle.

“I am so happy. On Saturday, I attended a funeral and left my phone at home and when I came back in the evening I called one of the numbers that had called and I was told I won a vehicle,” Ms Marama said.

“At first I thought that it was a prank call and then they told me to call all the other numbers that had called me earlier. I didn’t know that when I was asked for my number at the supermarket cashier counter I was going into the draw.
