Head Prefects To Lead With Humility
Head girl, Shazlin Nisha, says leading 402 students is no easy task, however it can be achieved with able assistance from deputy head prefects and by leading with humility.
Along with Lautoka Andhra Sangam College head boy Shivneel Nand they were among the 56 prefects badged on March 9 during an induction ceremony.
“A true leader will always lead by example, not dictate or be arrogant, work with the team and he/she will inspire and encourage colleagues all the time,” she said.
“It’s an honour but not easy, it comes with a lot of responsibility. So, I just hope that with the help of my fellow school perfects, I’m able to do all the duties in school.”
