Employing young people entails several benefits for businesses, which is why a majority of the cohort employed in Fiji’s outsourcing industry are below the age of 35.
This was the sentiment of Outsource Fiji executive director Sagufta Janif as she spoke to the Prince of Wales during the Commonwealth Day reception, earlier this week.
As a member of the Commonwealth Youth Council (CYC) representing Fiji and the Pacific, Ms Janif commemorated the Commonwealth Youth Day with over 50 youth representatives from the Commonwealth Youth Network during a reception at Buckingham Palace on Monday, March 13.
