A Celebration Fit For A Chief..
A mixture of emotion reverberated around the grounds of Somosomo Village in Taveuni as people of the 14 districts that make up the Cakaudrove Province joined in celebrating the achievement of the Tui Cakau and paramount chief of the Tovata confederacy, Ratu Naiqama Lalabalavu, in ascending the position of Speaker of Parliament through the traditional vakasenuqanuqa ceremony held on March 21, 2023.
