Mick Byrne Furious With Mystified Penalties On Fijian Drua
Although the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua picked up a bonus point against the Queensland Reds over the weekend head coach Mick Byrne is far from being happy.
The former specialist coach with both the All Blacks and the Wallabies cannot understand where his team was going wrong giving away a high number of penalties.
According to Bryne the high penalty rate was evident when the Drua is playing against Australian sides.
The Drua gave away 15 penalties in their recent match against Queensland Reds, many were for offside around the ruck which were questionable.
It brings the Meli Derenalagi captained-side’s total number of penalties for the season to 46.
