The tripartite consultative process of reviewing the Employment Relations Act of 2007 (ERA 2007) is ongoing and in line with the ILO Convention 144 on Tripartite Consultation.
This was highlighted by the Minister for Employment, Productivity and Industrial Relations, Agni Deo Singh, in response to the Fiji Sun reports of Friday, March 24 and Monday, March 27, 2023.
Mr Singh said the review was seeking views and comments from tripartite members and was yet to be finalised.
