It’s time for rugby league and rugby union coaches to work together for the development and progress of our players.
That was the view of Vodafone Fijian Bati head coach Wise Kativerata.
He told SUNsports yesterday that this had been going on in bigger nations and we should do the same.
“Let’s put the name of the sports aside,” Kativerata said.
“Look at former Wallabies coach, Michael Cheika, he coached Lebanon to the Rugby League World Cup last year where they had three wins and almost beat New Zealand.”
