For Fiji to ensure progress, it is important to develop a higher quality of human resources.
Those were the remarks made by the Japanese Ambassador Kawakami Fumihiro during the 94th Then India Sanmarga Ikya Sangam Convention at the Prince Charles Park in Nadi on Friday.
He said the TISI Sangam would continue to flourish through the high standards it had honed in the past 97 years.
