Plea Deferred In Case Where Man Was Killed In His Home
The four accused; Sakiusa Niumataiwalu, 28, Jone Sela, 28, Apisalome Turuva, 37 and Taniela Racule, 23 appeared for their plea before Judge Justice Usaia Ratuvili, at the High Court in Labasa, yesterday.

Delailabasa aggravated robbery and alleged murder accused, Apisolome Turuva, 37, Taniela Racule, 23, back row, (hidden) Sakiusa Niumataiwalu, 28 and Jone Sela, 28 (check shirt) right back) were further remanded by the High Court in Labasa on February 10, 2023.
Plea in the alleged aggravated robbery case that led to the death of a house owner at Delailabasa, has been deferred to April 26.
Pram Lal, 60, was the victim of the incident three months ago (January 24).
