Taveuni Now Has Standard Crematorium

Opposition Member of Parliament Premila Kumar’s strong support has been attributed to the opening of a new crematorium in Taveuni to serve people on the island.
The FijiFirst Party member in opening the crematorium last Thursday thanked all donors who made it possible for Taveuni to finally have high standard crematorium.
She labelled it as a much needed development for Naiyalayala Settlement residents and Taveuni as a whole.
This project was possible after the Taveuni Multiracial Land Cooperative Limited demarcated a land area to allow development.
