This was highlighted by the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade, Tourism and Co-operatives and Small and Medium Enterprises and Communications, Manoa Kamikamica, at the welcome reception cocktail for the New Zealand Deputy Prime Minister and Associate Foreign Affairs (Pacific Region) Minister, in Suva on Tuesday evening.
