Qionibaravi Not Well, FICAC Case Discontinued
Qionibaravi was charged by FICAC with one count of giving false information to a public servant and one count of obtaining financial advantage.

The Fiji Independent Commission Against Corruption has filed a nolle prosequi against former SODELPA Member of Parliament, Adi Litia Qionibaravi.
The matter was called at the Anti-Corruption High Court in Suva before Judge Justice Dr Thushara Kumarage on Wednesday.
Qionibaravi was charged by FICAC with one count of giving false information to a public servant and one count of obtaining financial advantage.
It was alleged that the former MP breached the Parliamentary Remuneration Act of 2014 when she claimed travel and accommodation allowances, which she was not entitled to.
