Blues End Drua’s Winning Run At Home

The Swire Shipping Fijian Drua suffered a 30-14 loss to the Blues at Churchill Park in Lautoka today.
The Blues took control at the start with a commanding 20-7 lead at halftime. Beauden Barrett converted tries to Rieko Ioane and Cameron Soafua along with a penalty. The Blues other points came from a Harry Plummer long range penalty while Drua scored a try through Elia Canakaiavta with Teti Tela landing the conversion.
In the second half Barrett kicked over a penalty and also converted Dalton Papali’i’s try. Canakaivata scored Drua’s second try with Kemu Valentini kicking over the conversion
