Jerome Kado: We Need Political Stability In Development

The private sector as well as international bodies need to see political stability in Government for development purposes, a prominent accountant said.
Jerome Kado, a senior partner at the PricewaterhouseCoopers, said projects implemented by the Government for the long term could only last if there was unity from both sides of Parliament.
Mr Kado made the suggestion at the post-economic summit talanoa, organised by the Fiji Commerce and Employers Federation (FECF), last Wednesday.
He said it was unfortunate the Opposition members of Parliament did not attend the National Economic Summit last week.
