The Rooster Chicken Fijiana Drua defied all odds to beat top ranked NSW Waratahs 20-17 in the Super W semifinal at the Concord Oval in Sydney yesterday.
The fourth placed Drua, who were the defending champions, stunned the unbeaten Waratahs with 20 unanswered points in a rematch of last year’s grand-final.
An emotional Drua centre Vani Arei said they had to be stronger to get the win.
