The Ratu Kadavulevu School Eels are the Vodafone Fiji Secondary Schools Rugby League Under-15 champions.
The Eels edged Lautoka-based Ba Provincial Freebird Institute Dragons 10-6 in a hard fought final at Ratu Cakobau Park, Nausori, today.
