Jone Tiko Counts His Blessings Playing With Kinsmen
Flying out with the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua side for Perth yesterday prop Jone Tiko says he is grateful and blessed to be with the Shop N Save Super Rugby Pacific slayers.
Tiko a teacher’s aide at Calamvale Community College in Brisbane, Australia has a twin brother, Navi.
Tiko who was playing for the Brisbane-based Wests Bulldogs was also part of the Fijian Drua squad last season; this year he re-joined the team to provide cover in the front row.
He has already been capped by the Drua in 2022 and featured in both trial matches this year against the Melbourne Rebels and Western Force.
