Solar Lights For Lakeba Village

The newly commissioned solar system at Lakeba Village, Saqani in Cakaudrove is set to light homes and help brighten the lives of 150 individuals.
On Day 5 of Prime Minsiter Sitiveni Rabuka’s tour of the Northern Division yesterday, he advised villagers to utilize this life-changing resource.
Mr Rabuka said villagers must feel fortunate that a rich, cheap and renewable source of power supply was now at their disposal for usage.
The Government assisted the solar project.
