Over $1 Million Deal Secured For Paradise Lightings

Paradise Lightings PTE Limited, have commenced export to New Zealand after a formalise deal with new distributors, Bazaar Limited.
Paradise Lightings PTE Limited specialises in the manufacture of LED lights.
Paradise Lightings director Raghu Chowdhary said, “With 60 per cent savings in LED lights and 80 to 90 per cent savings on fluorescent lights, carbon credit availability is huge, which is very useful for New Zealand.”
Not a one-off deal. The company has also secured a distributor in Australia.
“This is not a one-off deal. Securing a deal of such magnitude is a great achievement for Fiji,” he said.
Mr Chowdhary said an early Fiji mission to New Zealand provided a great platform to present to the New Zealand market and learn what was needed for reduction of carbon emissions.
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Trade, Co-operatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, and Communications, Manoa Kamikamica, who was present during the official signing of the distributorship agreement said, such opportunities would allow Fiji to become the hub of business in the Pacific and assist other Pacific economies.
Investment Fiji chief executive officer, Kamal Chetty, said the deal would create more work for more people and would boost the economy.
“Investment Fiji supported Paradise Lightings PTE Limited by providing market insight and investor introductions,” Mr Chetty said.
