VB Holdings new board director Chemonica Niranjan.
Chemonica Niranjan is VB Holdings Ltd’s new board director.
Ms Niranjan is the second female board member alongside Jinita Prasad.
Ms Niranjan is a corporate lawyer and member of the New South Wales Law Society.
She was admitted to practice and completed her double degree in Law and Arts (International Studies – Majoring in China) in 2021.
She is a lawyer at Hamilton Locke, Sydney, Australia.
She has experience in public and private capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and ASX compliance.
