With a heart to safeguard lives, Timoci Waqaituakana is often fascinated with new working environments.

For the past 15 years, Mr Waqaituakana has dedicated his life as a security officer.

Today, the 45-year-old is the customer relations and operations manager for Guardforce in the Western Division, a security arm of Wormald Fire and Security company.

He looks after their customers between the Sigatoka and Rakiraki corridor.

Mr Waqaituakana travels occasionally to outer islands as well where they have clients.

Mr Waqaituakana enjoys meeting new people, especially in new places where they enjoy what Fiji has to offer.

He was brought up in Sabeto Village and educated at Sabeto District School and Ratu Navula College.

Where in Fiji would you take visitors to?

Kokomo Island Island Resort, Kadavu.

What is your favourite spot for coffee or pie?

The Coffee Hub.

It’s cozy and they serve the best coffee in Nadi.

What is one place that is on your bucket list?

Savusavu.

It is known as the hidden paradise in Fiji and I want to see it.
