Diversifying into new varie­ties of flowers and plants are key business tactics to stay afloat in the horticulture in­dustry.

It will also ensure customer satis­faction is achieved.

The Northern Horticulture Asso­ciation (NHA) president, Asheem Khan, made these remarks after the marcotting and grafting train­ing yesterday.

The session was initiated by the Ministry of Agriculture’s Seaqaqa Research Station personnel.

About 30 members attended the training in Labasa and were awarded certificates of partici­pation in the two training pro­grammes.
