Liomasia Key For Tailevu-Naitasiri
Solomon Islander Carlos Liomasia will play a crucial role for Tailevu-Naitasiri at this weekend’s Fiji FACT.
This was the comment shared by assistant coach Priyant Manu.
While preparations have been interrupted by the rainy weather, they hope to do their best.
Tailevu-Naitasiri is in Group B with Nadi, Labasa and Rewa.
“Training has not been that well because of weather conditions but the team is eager to start the tournament against Nadi,” Manu said.
“We are expecting to start with a positive result against Nadi to set a good platform for the tournament and taking a game as it comes.
“Our midfielder Liomasia will play a key role for us,” he added.
Other senior players on the side are former Labasa and Nasinu rep Jone Naraba, Mohammed Naizal, Epeli Valevou and Rusiate Qio.
