Coaches Urged To Attend Kikau’s Clinic Sessions
Fiji Bati head coach Wise Kativerata expressed the need for local rugby league coaches to attend the coaching clinic conducted by Viliame Kikau and the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs coaches in Lautoka on Saturday.
“It’s important because they’ll have to learn a few new things as you never stop learning,” he said.
“For me it’s more important for them to come in and have a look at what the Bulldog’s clinic can provide.
“Especially the fundamentals stuff, all the basic stuff they can show us. It’s simple but we tend to forget simple stuff here as coaches because we all watch National Rugby League (NRL) and Super Rugby as we want to be like them but we have to know the basic stuff first so at least we can improve our coaching.”
