That’s the greeting Ratu Tevita Uluilakeba heard yesterday from Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka, as the PM took the first bowl of kava to drink during the opening of the Lau Provincial Council meeting at Studio 6 in Suva.

That’s the greeting Ratu Tevita Uluilakeba heard yesterday from Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka, as the PM took the first bowl of kava to drink during the opening of the Lau Provincial Council meeting at Studio 6 in Suva.
The Prime Minister was chief guest and declared the two day Lau Provincial Council talks open.
Ratu Tevita was a Fijian career soldier who held the rank of Lieutenat Colonel as of early 2006.
He is the son of the late former PM and president, Ratu Sir Kamisese Mara.
