Rugby World Cup Third Timer Peceli Yato

The inclusion of young Fijian Drua players in the FIJI Water Flying Fijians squad for the France Rugby World Cup (RWC) is timely.
This was the view of French based and Clermont veteran loose forward, Peceli Yato, 30, who will head to his third RWC this year.
He was sharing his thoughts regarding the composition of the 39 players named by head coach Simon Raiwalui on Tuesday.
The squad leaves for Taveuni this Saturday for a week of training.
Of the 39, majority in the squad members are Fijian Drua players; there are eight uncapped players.
Standing at 1.96 metres tall and weighing 120 kg, the Narewa, Waicoba, Nadroga, native said bonding with team members was crucial before they start their preparations for theRWC.
“Having younger players in the squad is a positive change, it’s the right time for them to be included in the Flying Fijians squad,” Yato said.
“There is also a responsibility for us senior players to guide and pass our knowledge and skills to the next generation of players for continuity and progress.
