Prime Minister and Constitutional Offices Commission chair Sitiveni Rabuka said there were a lot of factors that contributed to the COC not sitting for four months.
He clarified this while speaking to the media during a post COC meeting press conference.
The COC met on at the Suvavou House on Friday and all members were present.
Members included Prime Minister Sitiveni Rabuka as chair, Attorney-General Siromi Turaga, Government nominees Jon Apted and Cema Bolabola, Leader of Opposition Inia Seruiratu and his nominee Tupou Draunidalo.
