Suspended Police Officers, (blue shirt) Kaushik Rattan and Shivnesh Kumar, were denied bail at the Magistrates Court in Labasa, yesterday.
Both were charged with one count of attempted rape of a fellow officer last Wednesday night.
Magistrate, Bimsara Jagodage, gave the prosecution three days to file their affidavit and the matter was adjourned to July 21 for bail hearing.
