Abilash Ram Out, Josua Satavu Joins Fiji TV Board

Abilash Ram has resigned as a Fiji Television Limited board director yesterday.
Mr Ram was appointed to the Fiji TV board as a director in March 2020 and has resigned due to personal reasons.
In a statement released from the South Pacific Stock Exchange, the Fiji TV board sincerely acknowledges Mr Ram’s contribution to the board and wishes to thank him for his immense contribution to the television company.
Josua Satavu has been appointed as a director on the FTV board of directors. Mr Satavu is presently the Group Manager -Investment at Fijian Holdings Limited.
Mr Satavu joins the FHL Group from Fiji National Provident Fund where he was mostly involved with his team in managing the equities, new acquisitions, offshore equities and provided oversight on investments portfolio pertaining to hotel and tourism development and properties.
In the space of business acceleration and impact investment, Mr Satavu had worked as Business Advisor with Market Development Facility with specialised areas in integrating ESG initiatives, developing and implementing results chains into targeted impact investments.
Further, Mr Satavu holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Information System, previously a licensed Securities Broker and had completed various specialised training in Investments and Capital Markets.
