Lautoka Blues Dedicate Win to all Dads

Lautoka football midfielder general Zibraaz Sahib yesterday dedicated their 3-0 hammering of Suva to all the fathers.
The win has assured the Sugar City side that while they are gunning for the Digicel Premier League they also have put a challenge to others as the team to beat.
“Today is a double celebration – we dedicate this win to all our fathers,” Sahib said.
“We knew that playing Suva required us players to play from the first whistle to the last.
“Suva had some good chances at goal but they were not able to score, we had our chances and we used it.
“Here is something for the players who have become a dad and for our fans too. It is Sugar City and its a sweet Father’s day for them.”
The Blues took the lead in the 42 minute with a Sitiveni Cavuilagi chip past Suva goalie Akuika Mateisuva.
Blues lead 1-0 at the breather.
In the second half, Prashant Levaci Kumar and Usman Mede, both came off the bench to seal the home side victory.
