Coastal Cones is the newest addition to Malolo Island Resort which already has three restaurants and three bars for their guests to enjoy at the 45 bure boutique property on Malolo Island.

The Ice Cream Parlour was built by the Malolo Engineering Team and features lollipop pink candy-striped walls and Instagramable neon signs.

Chef Gregory Llewellyn has created a range of natural flavours from island mango to Sigatoka pineapple to passionfruit to coconut, caramel and local sea salt as well as the favourites dark chocolate, strawberry, highland vanilla, and local banana.

“These delectable ice creams are complimented with extravagant toppings like peanut butter crunch, red velvet cake, chocolate brownie, caramel popcorn and toasted coconut to name a few,” the resort said.

“The venue offers soft serve ice cream made daily in house and the flavours change daily too.

“This delicious ice cream is a gluten free dairy base, and we expect to be launching vegan flavours in the future.”

The ice cream is served in recyclable paper cups with wooden spoons and homemade waffle cones.

“Ice cream is an important part of any kids holiday so we embarked on making a dedicated ice cream parlour just for them and of course it’s irresistible to parents too.

“We are also excited to announce that in 2024 as part of our early bird offers our Kids Eat Free Meal Package will also include free ice cream!”
