Tola appointed chairman of iTaukei Land and Fisheries Commission

Apimeleki Tola was appointed iTaukei Land and Fisheries Commission (TLFC) chairman yesterday, replacing Ratu Vananalagi Vesikula.
He has been acting in the position since early this year.

Mr Tola comes from Luvunavuaka Village, Dawasamu in Tailevu.
He brings with him a wealth of experience having served as a high school teacher at the Centre for Appropriate Technology and Development, the iTaukei Land Trust Board and more recently as the principal administrative officer, Vola ni Kawa Bula Operations.
