Stallions Aim to Put an End to Suva’s Winning Streak

The Cambridge Farm Nadroga rugby team faces a mammoth task as they defend the INKK Farebrother Trophy against the unbeaten FMF Suva side at Lawaqa Park, Sigatoka, tomorrow at 3pm.
Suva walloped Nadroga 31-17 in their last clash in the Skipper Cup competition at Bidesi Park.
After handing Ram Sami Naitasiri’s first loss of the season, the Stallions are working hard to be at their best against Suva.
Veteran lock Manueli Ratuniyarawa they had been working hard to improve on a few areas of the game.
“We need to fine tune before we play Suva,” the former Flying Fijian forward said.
“The boys stuck together including the substitutes that brought on the fire to win the game against Naitasiri, However, we’ve got a few areas that we need to polish before playing Suva,” said Ratuniyarawa.
“We will polish our set piece moves, maintain possession, avoid knock-ons and maintain pressure on the opposition.”

The Suva side has seasoned campaigners like captain, John Stewart, Enele Malele, Terio Tamani and James Brown
Meanwhile, at 1pm is the Vodafone Vanua Challenge where defending champion Lautoka takes on Rewa.
