Former International Boxing Organisation (IBO) world super middleweight champion Renold Quinlan arrives into the country on Monday.

This was confirmed yesterday by Toe-to-Toe promoter Abdul Feroz who also indicated that Quinlan’s trainer would arrive on Wednesday.

Quinlan fights hard hitting Isikeli ‘The Bullet’ next Saturday, November 18, at the Vodafone Arena in Suva.

“This is an important fight for both boxers as they need a win to put their boxing career back on track,” said Feroz.

In another interesting tussle in the undercard sees the return of former amateur boxing middleweight top contender Matthew Michael who takes on Junior ‘The Rock’ Feroz in a six-round fight.

Michael has fought seasoned boxers like Sebastian Singh, Abhay Chand, Robin Hazelman, Nereo Cakautini and Tomasi Dago.
The programme starts at 5pm.
